Edit the borderlands.exe file with a hex editorВ .

Type in:вЂќ exec patch.txt вЂќ and confirm by pressing the вЂEnterвЂ™ button.

In the main menu enable the console menu by pressing your preset key (F6 in the example).

Select your desired changes and hit the вЂњApplyвЂќ button in the top-right-corner.

You can now click on the games icon you want to patch.

Once youвЂ™ve setup the path(s) the icon(s) should no longer be grayscaled.

Now click on вЂњSelect PathвЂќ and choose either your вЂњBorderlands2.exeвЂќ or вЂњBorderlandsPreSequel.exeвЂќ, depending on which button you clicked.

Once youвЂ™ve opened up the tool, expand вЂњSetup FilepathsвЂќ at the top.

This new version of the Multitool does not have to be in a specific place.

Make a backup of your Borderlands.exe file for safety reasons!.

Locate your borderlands.exe file in folder: programfiles/steam/steamapps/commen/borderlands2/binaries/win32/.

(PatchOffline.txt is just for those with no internet connections or canвЂ™t get online, donвЂ™t download it unless youвЂ™re sure that you canвЂ™t go online, or you keep getting the hotfix вЂњSparkserviceconfiguration_6вЂќ Error, rest is normal.)

Place the patch.txt file into your game folder: programfiles/steam/steamapps/commen/borderlands2/binaries/.

Download the community Patch (or download the offline version).

You can press вЂњArrow UpвЂќ to show your last typed command on console.ДЇollow these instructions, if you need help check out the support sections or the comments below for tips.

ThatвЂ™s all, you can now enjoy patch! It will work only for current session, you need to enter console command every time you launch the game.

Do it after game downloads all stuff(when you see actual menu).

Once in the main menu open console, type вЂњexec Patch.txtвЂќ(or PatchOffline.txt if you want to play offline) and press enter.

Download BLCMM ( backup) and place it at a location of your choice.

Place both files into the gameвЂ™s binary folder ( programfiles/steam/steamapps/commen/borderlands2/binaries/ ).

Download the latest Community Patch (or the offline Version).

This program enables you to select which changes of the community patch should be active or not.

BLCMM will hexedit your game file and enable the console key to run the community patch.
